Kata 2 – Section 2

Keep your knees bent throughout.  Remember to add that 45 degree angle transition step between drills 2 and 3.  The sharper you can make your hand movements, the better your form will look!  Good luck!

Do the Electric Side………..Kick

At a fast pace and adding power to your kicks, the footwork can become more challenging than the kicks themselves.  Build up your speed and power gradually so that you do not sacrifice power or technique in your final performance.  Good luck!
