Make sure the head is always facing in the direction your opponent would be. Notice the timing for each of the strikes in relation to your shuffles. Good luck!
Be sure to show three different levels with the kicks and hold for a slow 2 second count. On those power kicks, lock that re-chamber back in to show your amazing balance! Good luck!
Be sure to show the change in levels by bending those knees! Notice that the last two strikes of the combo start from where the previous strike ended. You will not pull back tight between strikes. Good luck!
The footwork that Sensei Ryan shows in the beginning is the more advanced version along with the block. For now just stick with a half moon back and outward #2 block. Good luck!
Keep the knee high in between kicks to have a quick transition to your second kick. Make sure to get the foot positions correct for each kick. Good luck!
