For this challenge, make sure to use the re-chamber to help create your rotation in your pivots. Don’t try to throw the next kick unless your balance is steady.

Make sure to extend through the back leg in your forward lean. Notice the posture of the upper body in each stance. Do not rise up when transitioning from the side lean to the forward lean. This is a great move for opening the hips and increasing your mobility and range of motion.
