This is our salutation for the form and is referred to as “Right Foot Out at Elbows”. It is also known as an “X” block. This will be your salutation for your first 5 katas. Remember that you can skip to any angle that helps you learn most effectively.
This final drill incorporates your first two “on” counters for blocks one and two. Remember that you can skip to whatever angle works best for you to get this drill down well.
