The timing of this move can sometimes give people a little trouble. Make sure to practice it enough times to comfortable before putting this into the form.
As with every kick combination you’ve done up to this point, the chambers are critical for maintaining balance and having good technique on your kicks. The double circle block will be performed the opposite direction of the one you did earlier in the form.
