We start with a slow version again and at 00:52 move into a more fluid version. Notice the counterbalance of the upper body to keep the footwork clean and balance through the kicks. This is even more apparent in the advanced version that starts at 01:23.
I strongly recommend building your confidence working the basic set on each side before moving to the phase 2 which starts at 01:20. The Black Belt level is shown at 02:15.
After your front kick, make sure you land your feet close together to keep your spinning back kick traveling along the same line. Use the re-flamingo of the back kick to help turn even faster into your recovery position.
Use your body when you throw your punch combo. You should be bending the knees and rising back up along with rotating the hips to make sure you have good power for each strike.
This challenge is detailing the components of the back kick and demonstrating that you can maintain balance on your recovery every time. Make sure to do a slow 2 count on each of the kicks.
