The hands in this combo should come out in a rapid fire succession. Make sure to land after the kick before starting the striking combo. If your feet aren’t on the ground, you can’t generate as much power.
There’s no footwork in this one because we want to make sure that you focus on rolling the hand through the strikes. Don’t forget to bend the knees still to show that change in elevation for each strike.
For each of the three kicks per side, try to get the target to be the same spot (or at least a tight cluster) every time. Make sure to show full extension in the leg on each kick!
Pay attention to the footwork here. You are being judged on it as well as your kicks! If you are in the correct range every time and focus on the chamber, you should do great!
