Forward Recovery Basics – Step 2 – Hip Strengthening

Hip strength is essential for this part.  If you do not have the strength or flexibility to do this on your own, try tying something out in front of you that you can pull on.  Notice how Ryan crunches forward onto the bent leg (requires flexibility) to push forward into the post position.
