Eat, Sleep, Smack, Repeat

This challenge combines a couple of your strike combinations.  You will do both the regular pattern as well as the inverted pattern for both a 4 and an 8 count sequence.  Be sure to watch the walkthrough video to make sure you are doing the correct strikes to the correct targets.

Keep Calm and Trigger On

This is another thrust punch combination with a trigger finger this time.  The footwork is a bit more challenging now so you have to be able to demonstrate your skill on both the lower and upper hemispheres of the body at the same time.

Eat, Sleep, Smack, Repeat

Use the step drag or cat stance to show your block with power and then explode into your striking combination.  When coming out of the cat stance, you should throw your first strike right as you land so you don’t waste the forward energy.  Good luck!
