Take your time and show each of the stances! The lower you are the more dynamic it will look. Do not rush the leopard walk section, instead treat it as if you were stalking your prey.
There are a lot of low stances in this form so make sure you are bending your knees! Lock in those transitions between drills to make sure you nail this challenge!
Let your hands make nice large circles on the first part of this section. Don’t rush the moves. Once you start the forward movement, use your legs to get low in your stances and transfer that energy through to your block and punch.
