This drill works the double circle block that you learned in Kata 2. The two movements happen 90 degree from each other. Find the angle that makes the most sense to you and follow along until you’re comfortable with it.
This includes drills 1 through 4. Make sure to note each of the transition steps between drills. If you miss one, you could end up facing the wrong direction!
