CrC Kick Combo – Double Reverse Crescent Kicks – Using Pads – The Goal

Again, you should be able to fire off the second kick immediately after touching the ground.  If you have to pause to reset your balance, you are not ready for this speed yet.

Pairing crescents should help increase your flexibility and comfort level with your crescent kicks.  Changing the level of the kicks will help you know your range that you can effectively work within.

CrC Kick Combo – Double Crescent Kicks – Using Pads

Start similarly to the air practice with a knee and kick before trying the double kick against the pads.  Any time you kick an actual target, it will feel different because of the response to the impact.  Get used to that first before throwing multiple kicks to a target.

When you are truly comfortable with theses kicks, you should be able to pair them together with no real pause in between kicks.

CrC Kick Combo – Crescent and Reverse Crescent Kick

Starting with a low kick allows the hips to prep for the second kick going higher.  Start slowly with these and gradually build speed and power into the combo.  Make sure to stretch out well before working these!  You should focus on both hips and hamstrings for your stretches.
