The circular attacks are in constant motion thus overwhelming the opponent. There is a tremendous amount of power to these strikes so be sure to use self control when working with a partner. We recommend not touching with the elbow strike to the spine.

It’s important to lead with the knee when you drive your leg back. You should place your foot in a position such that when you stand, you are in a wide half moon stance. This insures a solid base in your recovery.
